Simple Sesame Slaw
This is a super simple slaw packed with flavor.
Here it is shown topping five spice sloppy joes.
- 1 hour
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded or chopped finely
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in non reactive bowl
- Let rest for one hour before serving
